I specialise in positioning burnout into our socio- cultural work landscape and breaking down what gets in the way of us living focused, healthy, joyful, productive, creative lives. I love making the theoretical feel practical in a busy life and regularly present on topics like stress and time management, work-life balance, boundaries and self-care.

I run online interactive workshops for groups and businesses and can tailor these to fit what works for you. Workshops below can be run as a group programme or as dynamic one off presentations.

  • Having difficult conversations - Tips, tricks and tools for conversations that you are avoiding.

  • Bodacious boundaries - How to identify; express and follow through on boundaries (and the things that no one talks about here).
